You get ready-to-assemble components from us with which to make your construction project possible. Of course, we supply detailed and understandable assembly instructions that are just as individual as our halls. All hall construction kits are individually planned and can be supplied in various sizes and versions.

Precise timber structure

All timber components are cut to the exact millimetre on our Hundegger K2i joinery machine and then lacquered by Stäubli robots. In this way we ensure that the maximum quality and accuracy is always achieved. All load-bearing connections are implemented either by means of timber joints (e.g. dovetail joints) or slotted plate connections with steel dowel pins and fitted bolts. Timber halls from LIGNA systems make do without joist hanger, brackets or nailing plates.

High degree of prefabrication

Thanks to a high degree of prefabrication in production, the assembly time on the building site can be reduced to a minimum and weather-related building interruptions are rare.

Positioned anchor rods

All halls from LIGNA systems are fastened to the foundations or the load-bearing foundation slab by means of bonded threaded rods. The precise positioning of the anchor rods is the most important point for the efficient and fast assembly of the entire hall. Therefore, LIGNA systems takes care of the calibration of the anchors by means of Leica Totalstation as a service when delivering a construction kit.

Simple assembly

Thanks to the high-precision production and the high degree of prefabrication, the timber structure can be erected on the building site within the shortest time. All components are numbered and pre-sorted and packed into assembly groups.
