You calculate structures that actually get built: our engineering office in Aachen produces verifiable structural calculations for hall projects across Europe and North America, from truss girders to complete system structures.
Your tasks
- Verifiable structural calculations for timber structures to Eurocode
- Dimensioning of connections, fasteners and steel components
- Coordination with project management and production on technical matters
- Supporting projects from tender through to acceptance
Your profile
- Degree in civil or timber engineering, ideally with a focus on structural design
- Confident use of structural analysis software, RSTAB/RFEM an advantage
- Knowledge of Eurocode, in particular EC 5 (timber) and EC 3 (steel)
- Independent working style and willingness to take on responsibility
