Part of SEGRO's timber construction programme

The SEGRO Logistics Centre Mönchengladbach is part of SEGRO's timber construction programme in the European logistics real estate market. LIGNA systems supplied and erected the timber structure of 134 tube columns and 153 fish-belly girders: assembly began in May 2026 and the structure was completed at the end of June 2026. Once the building is fully finished, SEGRO will hand it over to its tenant GV Logistik GmbH in January 2027.
