Logistics hall Neuötting

In Neuötting, developer GreenRock built a timber logistics hall. LIGNA systems supplied and erected the prefabricated timber structure in a short construction time, on behalf of the general contractor Köster Bau. The highly insulated, DGNB Gold-certified building meets the German KfW Efficiency House 40 standard; photovoltaics and heat pumps cover a large share of its energy demand. A mezzanine adds extra usable floor space.

„A particular highlight was seeing how quickly the building went up and how people reacted to it."
