A logistics and production hall in sustainable hybrid construction for Holz-Tusche GmbH & Co. KG in Emsbüren. Highlights include truss girders with a 40-metre span, creating generous, column-free areas, ideal for storing and handling timber and panel materials. The project also includes a two-storey office fit-out and an unheated cold store with a large canopy for truck access. Completion: February 2026.
